The machine is designed and manufactured by Mekong Technology according to Vietnam cashew technology with capacity 600 kg/hour to 1000 kg/batch, easy integrated more machine into one cashew steaming system avec high capacity or linking with cashew cleaning machine, RCN sizing machine and cashew cooling system into automatic system with high capacity and automatic. The steamed RCN have high uniform help to reduce to a minimum broken uncutted, unscooped in cashew shelling machine.
All equipments such as motor bearings and electrical equipments are imported from Japan, Taiwan, China to meet CE standards. Mechanical parts as frame, autoclave drum (two layers with insulation) of the machine are made of specialized casting steel. Use or 304 stainless steel (according to customer requirements) machined by CNC machines and a team of skilled workers to help the machine have high durability and performance. Equipped with automatic feeding and discharging system, the safety valve system is easy to set the temperature and pressure. Easy to operate and maintain.
